FitnessBuilder Week 4

Notes: For the next two days I will be working out with FitnessBuilders Combo Exercises. Combo Exercises are two exercises combined into one.  These exercises are demanding and it’s important to focus on your form.  A mirror is a great way to help you maintain good form.  In Karate this is something my Sensi’s drill into me, forget about the speed, forget about the number of punches and kicks just focus on the form.  Get the technique right the rest will follow.

Lunge to Press / Romanian Deadlift Row / Split Squat to Curl / Knee Raise to Pull Up Squat Curl & Press / Extension & Curl

Workout Time: 44 min 30 sec

Exercise of the Day: Extension & Curl. You get to hit your biceps and triceps at the same time.  An efficient way to get a total arm exercise if you are short on time.
