The 30 Minute Circuit Workout, will leave you sucking air and feeling sore. I woke up late today and didn’t have time to get in my work out. So I found one that worked for me. FitnessBuilder’s workouts range from 10mins to an hour to however much time you want to workout. Life has a tendency of giving you limitations and it’s good to know that there are options for them.
The 30 Minute Circuit Workout puts you through the loops hitting every muscle group with cardio in between. It’s a great time saver without sacrificing a good hard workout.

Exercise of the Day: Push Up to T chest exercise. Another version of a push up that is enhanced to build muscle, great body weight exercise.

FitnessBuilder Week 9.
Notes: It time to dedicate some time to getting my abs to come out and say hi. Watching what you eat is a important factor in seeing your abs. Today’s ab routine left me grimacing through reps and enjoying the burn. Check out my exercise of the day and feel the burn for yourself.

Exercise of the Day: Bench Jack Knife ab exercise. Want to get cut up? The Bench Jack Knife will do it, I felt the burn in the five reps. Great exercise you can do between reps if you’re in a burning calorie mood or short on time. See you next week for more FB reviews.

Notes: Day two of working my core, I am satisfied with the feeling and the results of this FB workout. The correct name of this exercise is Front to Lat Raise, I said
Front Lateral Raise in the video.

Sumo Deadlift /Incline Press /Iron Cross Pulldown / Push Press / Cable / Pushdown / Front to Lat Raise / Preacher Curl
Exercise of the Day: Front to Lat Raise shoulder exercise. Double impact shoulder exercise that doesn’t need heavy weight to feel the burn. A FB favorite for me, a must try.

Notes: Back on the Core workout, I have to say that I am impartial to my core. It makes me feel stronger when ever I hit these muscle groups.

Exercise of the Day. Zercher Squat leg exercise. A truly strange name for this take on the squat. It turns out the Zercher was a old school strong man – The Zercher Squat was one of the many cruel and unusual exercises created by St Louis strongman Ed Zercher (1902 – 1995). Zercher’s own home gym resembled a junkyard more than a basement, and was filled with such toys as anvils, wrecking balls and assorted pieces of machinery.

Notes: Day two of the World’s Strongest Man, one of the things I truly enjoy about FB is way they take gym equipment and utilize them in creative ways. Today’s exercise is a great example of something I would have never thought of.

Exercise of the Day: T-Bar Row back exercise. A unexpected way to use a barbell, I wedged my barbell up against the wall. Note that you should place something between the wall and barbell so the wall doesn’t get messed up.
